Upcoming Training! Homicide Essentials: The Visual Trial
A One‑Hour Virtual Training | MCLE Pending
Today’s jurors expect more than words—they expect to see the story. On Friday, May 29, 2026 (3:00–4:00 PM ET), the Association of Prosecuting Attorneys will host a live, virtual webinar designed for homicide prosecutors and prosecution teams seeking practical trial strategies and MCLE credit.
Homicide Essentials – The Visual Trial focuses on intentional visual advocacy and how it can improve juror comprehension, engagement, and retention. Experienced homicide prosecutors Jason Kalish and Jonathan Mosher will explore courtroom‑ready approaches for using visuals to clarify complex evidence, organize case narratives, and strengthen overall trial presentation—from virtual site visits to demystifying DNA evidence.
This program is pending approval for 1.0 hour of General California MCLE credit. Certificates of completion will also be provided for attendees seeking self‑study or self‑reporting credit in other jurisdictions, subject to applicable requirements.
