Program Description

Today’s jurors expect more than words—they expect to see the story. This webinar is designed for prosecutors who want to ensure their homicide trials are visually compelling, strategically organized, and easier for jurors to understand.

Experienced homicide prosecutors Jason Kalish and Jonathan Mosher explore how to move beyond purely verbal advocacy and intentionally use visuals to enhance juror comprehension and engagement. From virtual site visits to demystifying complex DNA evidence, this session focuses on practical, courtroom‑ready approaches to visual storytelling that strengthen both evidence presentation and argument.

Whether you are trying your first homicide case or refining a seasoned trial practice, this webinar will challenge you to rethink how you present your case—and how jurors experience it.
