Join Us in June

The Association of Prosecuting Attorneys (APA), in partnership the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney for Arlington County and the City of Falls Church, invites you to the 2026 National Prosecutorial AI and Data Summit, hosted at the Urban Institute.

With the theme Putting Policy into Practice, this Summit focuses on how prosecutors’ offices are implementing artificial intelligence and data analytics in real‑world settings. Sessions will examine practical approaches to building AI governance and ethical safeguards, integrating AI into daily workflows and courtroom practice, and using data to improve decision‑making, efficiency, and accountability.

Programming will also highlight developing data partnerships, communicating with data to support transparency and public trust, and using data and AI to support prosecutor‑led initiatives such as diversion programs. Through panels and peer discussions, attendees will gain actionable insights and lessons learned from offices across the country on responsibly leveraging AI and data to strengthen prosecutorial practice.

Agenda forthcoming!
