Scholarship Opportunity for Traveling Attendees
Introducing the April Demanss Scholarship Opportunity for traveling attendees.
In honor of our beloved colleague and friend, April Demanss, whose joy, positivity, and dedication to this work touched everyone around her, we are proud to announce a scholarship opportunity bearing her name.
The Animal Legal Defense Fund (ALDF) is funding the April Demanss Scholarships to help offset travel expenses for those attending the 15th National Animal Cruelty Prosecution Conference. It is only fitting that a scholarship honoring April helps bring more passionate advocates to the table. April believed in showing up, for the animals, for the mission, and for each other. We hope this scholarship in her memory makes it a little easier for more people to do just that.
